Raytools BM110 Cutting Head

BM110 series is an auto-focusing fiber optic cutting head launched by RayTools in 2019.

This product has a built-in motor drive unit, which drives the focusing mirror to change position automatically within 24mm through a linear mechanism.

Users can set continuous focusing through the program to complete fast perforation of thick plates and automatic cutting of plates with different thicknesses and materials.

The product is equipped with D30 composite lens group for beam integration, optimized optics and water-cooled design makes the laser head can work continuously and stably for a long time under high power.

Raytools Control System XC3000S:

The X series is a planar laser cutting system developed based on the xStudio platform. It includes the XC3000S model and simultaneously supports EtherCAT bus servo and pulse servo. It features unique functions such as seamless perforation, perforation slag removal, common edge overcutting, vibration suppression, sharp corner starting, and seamless micro-connection. Among them, the XC3000PRO supports special functions such as double-head cutting, segmented feeding and splicing, and small-sized processing of large parts. It is mainly applied to conventional planar cutting machines, precision machines, on-line cutting of coil sections and other equipment.
