How to deal with after-sales warranty?
A:Our products have a one-year warranty. If the spare parts are not damaged artificially, we will send the spare parts to you. It
will be relatively simple to exchange them. Some countries have our agents who can come to repair them!

If the voltage in our country is different from that in China?
A:Don’t worry, we will adjust the machine according to different voltage and plug styles.

How long is your delivery time?
A:Generally, for conveyor parts order, it's 5-10 days when in stock, if not in stock around10-20 days; for conveyors order, it's
around 25-30days when with China brand motors, if with SEW motors, it's around 35-40days.


Can you provide conveyor drawing?
A: Yes, but need you provide the conveyor dimention datas and material requirements.

In order to get quotation fast, what information you need to supply?
A:Environment temperature where conveyor works;
if you have conveyor drawing, it's better for us to quote price;
if no drawing, please tell us conveyor size and delivery products size & weight.


What factors I need to get a quotation?
A: length & angle for conveying series & ideal capacity , product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304
or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
